The price was a bit higher than usual, but Hotel El Carmen was worth it with its stylish and elegant atmosphere. The staff were really helpful and friendly, even offering me dinner on the terrace overlooking the pool despite a busy kitchen. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus and the tapas in the bar/restaurant were delicious. The breakfast was freshly prepared with freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. excellent value for money.
The breakfast could have been improved with more options, such as ham and cheese or eggs.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed as business travelers. We also appreciated the convenience of having our meals at the hotel, especially since many other hotels in the area did not have their restaurants open. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being near the train station and offering free parking.

Stayed here for business and was impressed with the large and comfortable rooms. the staff were friendly and professional. the free parking was convenient and the location was near the station, making transportation easy.
The walls were quite thin, and I could hear my neighbor's loud snoring. I also wished the restaurant opened a bit earlier, as dinner starting at 9:45 pm was too late for my taste.

The hotel is located in a charming town with a lot of character. The staff was friendly and hospitable, always willing to offer suggestions and help us navigate the area. The breakfast had a decent variety of options and was served in a lovely courtyard.
The noise level at night was a bit high due to the lively atmosphere in the surrounding area. we were disappointed that the pool was not available for use during our stay, but we understand that these things can happen.
